TOS

By commissioning me, you agree to these terms of service.

- You must contact me via email or discord (Listed on the home page) to discuss the details of the commission
  - If contacted via discord, you must provide an email for me to send the final product through
- You must pay at least half the price up front, the rest upon completion
  - In the event that I (the artist) cancel the commission, you will receive a full refund
  - In the event that you cancel the commission after the first week, I will keep $10 per day of work.
- I cannot make guarantees on delivery time, general timelines can be discussed in the initial order, but I cannot promise a quick turnaround.
- Unless otherwise specified, my artwork is not for commercial use, resale, use in NFTs, nor AI-Training
- I only take payment through PayPal and Venmo
- All Prices listed are in USD (United States Dollar)

As of this time, I will only be doing illustration commissions

Extras

Background - Simple $5, Full Environment $10

Props - $2 to $10

Complicated Design - Depends on design

Additional Characters - Half the price of the main character
